I'm a big fan of tsukemen - dipping noodles - so I really looked forward to coming here!
There's a long line during lunchtime so I came back at 1 in the afternoon!
I still had to wait a bit, though. You always end up waiting at popular places. Since the restaurant is underground, I ended up lining up on the steps. When your turn comes around, pick your order from the ticket machine and put your money in.
The menu items are all in Japanese, so I recommend doing your research beforehand.
When you give your meal ticket to the staff, they bring you to your seat. They'll ask if you want your noodles warm or cold, so if prefer stiff noodles, go with the cold ones, and if you want to enjoy warm dipping noodles to the end, I
